Refund Policy

At Jigar Gifts, due to the nature of the items in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, except under specific conditions outlined below.

Return and Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product(s) received are damaged or incorrect.

Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • You must inform us of any damaged or wrong products within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

  • To claim missing or damaged items, customers are required to provide an unedited unboxing video that clearly shows the unopened package from all sides, as well as the complete process of opening the package.

  • The unboxing video should be sent to us at contact@jigargifts.com for review.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • We cannot offer refunds or accept returns if you have provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

  • Refunds are not available if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping carrier, or if the package is refused by the recipient.


Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized nature of our gift sets, we are unable to accept order cancellations or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
